MEET THE TEAM
Haley
Head of Sales & Marketing
Haley has been in customer service since 2013, working with both national and international companies before finding her home in Michigan cannabis. She believes honesty and transparency are the foundation of any good business relationship and focuses on making her partners’ jobs easier every step of the way. Now as Head of Marketing & Sales, she connects our flower with the right shelves and keeps communication clear and simple. Outside of work, Haley enjoys gardening, kayaking, and smoking her favorite strain, Gastro Pop.
Sergio
Head of Cultivation
Sergio brings his experience from the California cannabis market to our grow, where he’s been leading the cultivation team since 2023. He’s focused on keeping plants healthy, happy, and thriving so the harvest always delivers. When he’s not in the garden, you can usually find him at the gym or rolling up his favorite strain, Blueberry Crunch.
Stephanie
Head of Post-Production
Stephanie makes sure our flower is looking its best once it leaves the grow rooms. From curing to trimming to packaging, she keeps the post-production side running smooth and consistent. Outside of work, she’s usually cutting hair for friends or lighting up her favorite strain, Melon Mochi, to kick back and relax.

Phil
OWNER
Phil is a lawyer from Chicago with a math mind that never quits. He’s a genius when it comes to data and keeps our grow running on a science-driven foundation. Around here, he’s the one turning numbers into strategies that actually work. Outside of work, Phil spends time with his family and lights up El Chivo (though none of us are sure if it’s because of the amazing smoke or because, like him, it’s “the goat.”)
Sean
OWNER
Sean has been in cannabis since the caregiver market, and he’s built a reputation as a walking encyclopedia of all things business, customer service, and weed. Before making the leap into the industry full-time, he honed his skills at Merrill Lynch — now he puts that expertise to work steering the company. Around here, Sean is known for two things: the best memory you’ll ever see and a nose that can size up a strain before the jar even leaves the table. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him with his family or sparking up his favorite, Frozen Lemonade.
